Chrysalis IV – from the Chrysalis series
A small series studying the power of subtle light and shadow.
Inspired by one of my favourite 19th century painters Vilhelm Hammershøi (who was in turn heavily inspired by the diffuse light of early photography).
This series is part of my continuing work to look at and work with my body to shed stored trauma.
