301 million. That’s how many of us globally are living with an anxiety disorder. Yet somehow, fear makes us feel alone. It isolates, suffocates, feeds on silence.
Pretty Little Fears is an artistic response to the rise of anxiety disorder creating a safe space to talk about what keeps us up at night. Running out of money, watching the world burn, getting hurt, not doing a good job, not living life to its fullest, being left out, losing loved ones, stepping into the unknown, death. Big or small, our fears seep in through the cracks, grow until it is too large to name, too heavy to hold. And when we let them, they build walls so high, we forget we ever wanted to climb.
